D. Badral, Chairman of  Unet Financial Group, stated:

For 2025, especially in terms of investment, the outlook appears more favorable compared to previous years, with improved opportunities and conditions. To fully realize the benefits of economic growth, businesses and budget managers need to be more careful with operational expenses.”

He also emphasized, This year should be a year of responsible work.” Although the government approved a deficit-free 2025 budget, significant financing is still needed to successfully launch mega projects.

Therefore, he highlighted that Mongolia must focus on restoring investor confidence and improving the business environment by continuously enhancing the legal framework, increasing transparency in dispute resolution, and ensuring policy coherence.
